Bahtera Jiwa Human Resources & Psychology Consultant celebrate our first birthday on May 26, 2008. This website launched as our baby company's gift. Hopefully God will bless us. Beside that, we can do some activities for our client.

1. Conduct Client’s Needs. Understanding clien’ts needs is a must. We ready to customize client’s needs through intensive communication. From designing appropriate concept until implementation, BJ-Consultant are opened to discuss.

2. Training. Enhanced human resources simultaneously
will guarantee company’s success at the future. One 'toll way' to reach this aim is involving employee in the right training. BJ-Consultant division of training such as:

  • In-House Training. We provide in-house training for employee. Please ask for list of our training provided. We also provide ex-house training which held periodically in our office, or at a reserved training venue.
  • Group Dynamic. This kind of training likely more familiar with 'outbond' terminology, is one kind of training topics we provide. This program's goal is to create a solid team in a workplace. Teamwork is keyword for building success company human resources. We create simulation and other instruments during outbond to accelerate this skill. Not only that, employee will learn a lot about life through outdoor activities.
  • Public Training. BJ-Consultant will organize public training monthly which will start on February 2010. We will announce when we ready to serve you.

3. Public Seminar. In special occasion BJ-Consultant organized public seminar which various themes, but insist in human resources development and psychology field.

4. Publication & Education. BJ-Consultant have own website for
education in human resources and psychology. BJ-Consultant also
established web blog and will published another kind of publication
in the near future.
