Fellow Trainer
Fellow Trainer is professional individual who work collaboratively with BJ-Consultant in some training project. They are ready on call to serve our clients and each of them has their own abilities depend on their skill, experiences, and education background. Meanwhile some of them are still working for another reputable company.
Differ with other human resources consultant, BJ-Consultant looked forward into human being development skill. That will make us ready to deploy our trainers from wide range of topics.
Until February 2009, we armed our forces at Bahtera Jiwa Human Resources & Psychology Consultant with experienced trainers whose mentioned below:
Bhayu M.H.: Managing Director of BJ-Consultant. He has long enough experience especially in journalistic and marketing. He is alumnae of Philosophy Department of Universitas Indonesia-Jakarta who has some other academic degree and certification. He was the Editor-in-Chief for planned tabloid Suksesi which would be published by Blora Institute, one of the succession centres for Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono campaign team in 2004 Presidential Election. As a professional journalist, he experienced as editor of Swadesi tabloid, Men’s Health Indonesia magazine, and several internal company’s publication. And latter he moved to the field of promotion and marketing before establishing BJ-Consultant. He was one of student leader in 1998 reform movement. In that era, he was one of the eight collective leaders of KA-KBUI (Kesatuan Aksi-Keluarga Besar Universitas Indonesia/Big Family of Universitas Indonesia-Action Union). He was also Founder and 1st Editor-in-Chief of Bergerak!, Universitas Indonesia's Daily Bulletin for Reform Movement & Correspondent of Gugat! bulletin of Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Those explanations only mention a few of his activities until present day, including in society. As a trainer, he able to conduct wide range topics from communication, journalism, photography, broadcasting, graphic design, motivation, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, popular psychology, philosophy, Islam as religion and culture, religion comparative, and several computer-information technology-internet topics.
Pietra Sarosa, R.F.A.,M.S.M.: Managing Director of Sarosa Consulting Group. He is also regular columnist at Duit! magazine on rubric titled Business Clinic. His academic degree came from Universitas Indonesia-Jakarta, both of Bachelor of Economic and Master of Science in Management. Beside that, he is also holder of Registered Financial Associate (RFA) from IARFC (International Associate of Registered Financial Consultant). Has a massive experience in consulting and training, especially in financial planning and micro-middle business subjects. Already wrote three books in bahasa Indonesia about entrepreneurship and franchise, all published by PT Elex Media Komputindo.
Sjamsu Bachtian, S.Psi.,Psi.: Experienced practician in human resources field whose gained his Bachelor of Psychology from Universitas Airlangga-Surabaya. He also has his psychologist certification from HIMPSI (Himpunan Psikolog/Psychologist Association)-East Java branch. Beside that, he also well-trained and expert in Human Resources Management, Job Analysis & Reward System, Psychological Test, Psychodiagnostic, Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000, Projective Test and CBHRM. Now he is working as Human Resources Operations Manager at PT Buana Varia Komputama.
Ikbal Maulana, S.T.,M.Sc.: Researcher of BPPT (Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi/Indonesian Agency for The Assessment and Application Technology) whose has specialization in knowledge management and high-technology application. Gain his bachelor of engineering physics from ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung/Bandung Institute of Technology), more than one times went abroad to take advance course in technology application and implementation. One of them were from Delft University of Technology, the Netherland, where he gained his master degree in electrical engineering.
Drs. Rendra Trisyanto Surya, M.Si.,Dip.Comp.:He is lecturer at Politeknik Negeri Bandung and guest lecturer at other several universities,colleges,and polytechnic. He gained his Bachelor of Social Science in Business Administration Science from Universitas Parahyangan-Bandung and his Master Degree in Accounting from Universitas Padjajaran-Bandung. He also has International Certificate/Diploma in Micro Computing Application for Small Business Firm from the School of Business Computing at Adelaide of TAFE College-Australia and in Vocational Teaching Methods for Computer Subjects from the Centre of Human Resources Studies (CHRS) at University of South Australia-Australia. Beside work as lecturer, he is also researcher and free-lance writer. Meanwhile he is capable to train at many topics in economic, finance, business computing, data processing, management information system, electronic filling system, office automation, and business administration.
Andri Krisnanto, S.E.,M.S.M. He is holder of Bachelor of Economic and Master of Science in Management, both from Universitas Indonesia-Jakarta. He has long enough working experience in management and finance. Until now, he is Assistant Manager of Corporate Risk Management at PT Bakrie & Brothers, Tbk. In training, he capable to handle all finance, business, risk management, asset management and other related topics based on his experience and education background.
Hadi Rahman: Graduated from PIQ Islamic boarding in Malang, East Java, and bachelor degrees in communication from Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. He chairs the external division at the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) Jakarta, local trainer for the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), and religion teacher in several majlis taklim. He has worked for several media such as: reporter-editor Peluang business tabloid, executive editor for Primetax Review web and magazine, writer for Pilar Bisnis magazine, contributor for Arabic magazine of Alo Indonesia, managing editor for Forum Keadilan news weekly magazine, and executive producer for Internews—Asia-Pacific broadcast media and development network. Once founded an advertising agency and experienced in handling book production and other communication program. He is an expert consultant in public communication for Internews, Swisscontact, GTZ, Chemonics Inc. – Bappenas RI, Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup, and other institutions. Now he works as editor for Reportase investigative journal, and manage KOJI Communications—media management consultant. He also writer and editor for 18 books in various topics.
Pauline P., S.Psi.,CTEI: She work as knowledge management manager in Indonesian big pharmaceutical industries. Holder of Bachelor of Psychology degree from Universitas Padjajaran-Bandung. She was a lecturer at Psychology Faculty of Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW)-Salatiga. Beside that, she is Certified Trainer for Emotional Quotient topic and expert in customer service. When working at Gramedia Printing Group, she was a second-winner for "Win The Heart" championship. This is Customer Service's based championship amongst all Kompas-Gramedia Group of Companies. She also has long enough experience as a human resources professional at some reputable company such as Swa magazine, and Gramedia Printing Group. Have some abilities beside training and human resources management, such as customer service, industrial relation, counselling and motivation. As a trainer, she able to train in wide topics of human resources management, coaching-counseling, and psychology in broad-wide meaning. Just to mention some of them are popular psychology, developmental psychology, customer service, industrial relation, counseling, motivation, salesmanship, attitude and personality, emotional quotient, and team building.
